Refund policy

FINAL SALE
Due to the nature of the products being sold, all sales are final. This means that products are non-refundable and non-returnable, regardless of whether they are shipped opened or sealed. 

If your order has not been shipped or opened yet, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to it. We will try our best to accommodate you. Refunds have a 15% restocking fee; no fee applies to exchanges.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.

As a customer, you acknowledge and accept that PKMN Canada and Westology Incorporated, including their directors and representatives, have the final authority on determining damages or issues related to products or services and the actions to be taken, if any.
