Shipping policy

By completing a purchase, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. The customer must ensure the shipping information provided is accurate, as it will serve as the delivery address for the order.

2. Shipping costs are not included in the final price of the product and must be paid separately at checkout.

3. The selectable shipping option labeled “HOLD MY ORDER” is designed to hold your purchase with us. This option does not cover the cost of shipping. Instead, it covers the expenses associated with storing your item, including the space it occupies, temperature-controlled conditions, and security measures to ensure its safe and secure storage.

4. Once the item is prepared for shipping, the customer will receive a tracking number. Please refer to the tracking number for shipment updates and progress. Using the Shop app by Shopify makes this easy.

5. All orders are insured. If an item is lost, please contact the shipping carrier. If they confirm it is lost, let us know and provide a screenshot of the details. We will use this information to submit a claim on your behalf to get reimbursement. Insurance covers the cost of the invoice (the price of the packs) and not the value of the cards being shipped. 

5. We ship out every Friday, but there may be delays due to the volume of orders, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
